KOMODO-X 6K & KOMODO 6K

The KOMODO-X and KOMODO cameras systems both hold their place outside of the main flagship V-RAPTOR lineup while still maintaining RED's unparalleled image quality and dynamic range performance. Both KOMODO options offer two distinct 6K global shutter sensor options with over 16 stops of dynamic range and options for up to 40FPS at 6K or 120FPS at 2K with KOMODO or 80FPS at 6K and 240FPS at 2K with KOMODO-X.

KOMODO-X 6K

KOMODO-X is the next evolution of the KOMODO line and features an all new 6K global shutter sensor that multiples frame rate and dynamic range performance from the original KOMODO and leverages an all-new advanced platform. The advanced platform includes expanded I/O, including updated monitoring capabilities with support for DSMC3 Touch LCD. It also has built-in USB Type-C and newly engineered audio hardware, including locking +48V audio connector with improved preamp.

KOMODO 6K

KOMODO is the smallest in the RED family of cinema cameras. Not only does it boast a shockingly small form-factor along with a 6K global shutter sensor, but also allows users to take advantage of a versatile RF mount for maximum lens choice flexibility and the latest evolution of RED's REDCODE RAW Codec. The KOMODO also features a high-resolution touchscreen for navigating menus and reviewing footage, phase-detect auto-focus, 4K output, and compatibility with the all new RED CONTROL app for wired or wireless control.
